Abhishek Roy filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 4, 2021
Samsung Galaxy F** (Sky Blue) was purchased from Flipkart on *th Oct-****, bearing Order ID - OD ******************, and was delivered on *th Oct. However owing to (a) poor camera quality issue and (b) inability to connect to *G WIFI signals, a return request was raised immediately post delivery. However post *.* months of follow up and * technician visit- who have acknowledged the fault- the customer care executive is ignorant of the issue and return is not initiated even post repeated false assurance of return. This has been very frustrating experience with no resolution at all.
