I ordered an executive chair worth INR ***** from Pepperfry.com (order #*********). They delivered one with a broken leg. As soon as my aged parent sat on it, she fell and hurt her hip. I requested Pepperfry for a replacement. However, they have either blocked my calls or sent mails assuring me of replacement with a timeline that they have not honoured (when I called from a different number). No matter how many times I call them/mail them/tweet to them, their inaction is supreme.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
