The Wing chair delivered on **th June was of very cheap quality and also damaged, so i had requested for return and Shopclues has accepted it as they were convinced that it was damaged from the photos sent by me. Shopclues have agreed to have the return pickup by **th June. But but **th they have sent an email that they will update me by **nd and didnt respond on **nd June. On **th June they informed me that they will give the final update on **th June.
Every day I have to follow-up with them, and they are just delaying the process of return and refund for the damaged chair delivered. the amount paid was Rs ***** and now the Damaged chair is sparing space from my small home.
There is no satisfactory respond and delay from Shopclues.
