Pepperfry.com - Defective product delivered

I have received a defective product from pepperfry order ********* on ** Nov. Delivery dates not updated on App. I waited for *-* days to get the dates updated on app so that I can initiate the return. But it is never updated, not even till date. I called up their customer service desk last week to tell them the issue. They asked me to send the pics on Cs@pepperfry.com. which I sent. Since I did not receive any reply on email....I called them up again today to check and they mentioned they never received the email and mentioned to send on cs@pepperfry.com. Now, they are saying return window is closed.
