I recently ordered a nokia *.* device from flipkart for which I paid in advance, The product received is defective and has a faulty display. upon my request of returning the product as per the flipkart policies, I was paid a visit by their technician who acknowledged the defect in the device and clicked the photos of the same. the same evening my return request was rejected and the reason for it was told to me that the report submitted by technician states "Issue Resolved", Upon checking with the technician again he told me that he does not have any authority to mention in his report whether the device is faulty or not, he has to just click the photos and send them to flipkart. Now flipkart is harassing me for the same matter by not taking any action. My **,*** rupees are still with them and they don't seem to be returning or replacing the faulty device.
