I purchased this item, Sona Masuri Raw Rice * kg on *nd December **** and found it to be below standard and a wrong product. The description days it's **-** months old but doesn't seem to be so but a new rice as it cooks soggily and not consumable. I raised the complaint in your app but it says " window closed" . It's unfair to close the window as rice is not a perishable item like oranges or apples.
My email to them had a negative response.
Blinkit doesn't have a customer service phone number, very pathetic service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
