I have ordered sonic PlayStation * CD which is defective product and cd not getting played and error is coming but when I called their customer care they are saying we can't help you as product is non returnable.I completely agree that product is non returnable but what if I get defective product and non working product.Atleast they should replace it with right working product or refund on return of defective product.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
