HARDIK CHAUHAN filed complaint against Pepperfry furniture on Jan 30, 2021
Dear Team,
From pepperfry ltd, I have ordered total * items. From * items, i have received * item defective & * item wrong.
First product, combo football XL bean bag. The product i received seems very small for an adult use. So i raised a return request for bean bag. I got an email from pepperfry employee that bean bag will be picked up by their guys and refund will be initiated for the same. But after * or * days, again i got an email from other pepperfry employee that refund cannot be provided and item will not be taken back by pepperfry as per their policy. So this kind of double standards and unethical practices they are following. They are not firm on their stand. No one has come to take back the bean bag & they have closed the request also. I have attached their mail for your reference.
Second Product, Polly Swing in brown & black colour, i have received defective product. The base of the swing is imbalance condition. Due to which my sister in law fell from it and got injury on elbow. My sister in law fell in front of pepperfry installation personal . Yet he did nothing to fix the issue. After that i raised a return request for refund. But instead of taking the item back, they have sent their technician to fix the item. Their technical has taken away the item in their ware house and told me that they will bring it back within * days. But today is *th day, and yet i have not received fixed product from their side. They are not even picking phones & answering messages regarding this. It clearly shows their unaccountability and misbehavior towards their customers. I have attached photos for the same.
Kindly do needful for resolving the issue.
