KENT RO WATER PURIFIER - Defective product and Unfair Trade Practice

It is to be an unfortunate and state that , one Kent RO ELEGANT COOPER, being product no. KR**********, which was purchased on *th April ****, from our nearest out let of Kent .
That after purchasing the same , the product have some technical issues for that different time and occasions the Technician of the said Kent RO. Demanding more and more amount for resolving the issues.
That it is to be told that being in Warrenty product why we should pay , it is the liability of the company to resolve the matter ,but all thing are in vain.
Hence , on last service time the said Technician suggest us to pay a sum of Rs.*,***/- ,for resolving the issues, which still occured and did not resolved. Then I complaint to the Kent service via e-mail being Complaint ID ******-*****, on *nd April, **** , for resolving the matter but all are in vain.thereafter various time I requested to service request but every time it was cancelled by KENT .all screenshots attach herewith.
