I have received a defective product, and they are not returning it.
It's been * day's I have raised the request, and their team is providing me misleading information in an out.
False promised and rubbish timelines what they are good at. They have not clarified the return policy in detail on their website, and when I have asked them to share it on the email, they refused it.
I am still seeking resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
