Bharath filed complaint against Maxbhi Com Elcotek India Private Limited on Jun 18, 2020
I ordered Redmi note * pro Body housing Red color on */**/**** in maxbhi.com with order number *******. The product got delayed and I received it on **/**/****. After the package came I opened and seen that the item damaged and I got black color where I ordered red but they sent black. I called customer care that regarding this issue. They blaming me that we confirmed regarding black u said ok. One simple thing my mobile is red color then how come I will agree for black. If I need to order black means I will directly go and order for black right. If I need change black means I need to buy fingerprint sensor black color and sim tray black color. This mobile I bought in **** almost * years completed then how make that much changes on my mobile. The maxbhi team is very rash and they are not even answering properly and those people blaming me that is my fault. And they saying to return the product for replacement where i don't want it for replacement. How long shall I wait for the product. So please help me for getting refund for the product and as well as my courier charges
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
