I made an online purchase utilising services of Flipkart Internet Private Limitied, of a mobile phone costing Rs **** I utilised it and found major defects I sought refund of cash paid They refused citing policy changes I paid legal services charges Rs ***** Problem was not resolved I filed a Consumer Case at Kasaragod District Kerala No progress made from *.*.** till date.
