Antro joseph innocent filed complaint against Motorola Lenovo on May 15, 2019
* months before I bought a Motorola z* force device from Flipkart on **/**/****. It cost was *****k. After I received the product when I turned on the device it kept restarting thrice in a day. I thought that was just a small issue every mobile will restart when it is in high usage but now like * weeks before mobile was totally dead so I had called Motorola authorised service centre which is nearby my place and I found Madurai sun cell service centre. I had gone there to give my mobile to them for service they had opened it and said there is no physical damage and watermark. They couldn't find an issue so they said to me we need * days time to find an issue so I said ok. After only they filled the job sheet and it had been given to me. On that sheet also they had mentioned there is no physical damage. I got a call two days after from sun cell service centre they said we had sent your mobile parts photos to Motorola technical team and they found an issue there is a small Dent inside of the motherboard and one more part is missing so we can't do service under warranty. Then I spoke with Flipkart they are blaming Motorola. From Motorola, they are blaming Flipkart. Finally, I realized that I had received defect mobile from Flipkart so I don't know what to do where to go so please you are my last hope.
