The front panel buttons of microwave were not working.

I logged a ticket *********** on *st sep **.Your technician fixed a defective front panel. It came out the next day and microwave stopped working.

He has taken Rs **** for it. The warranty is for *.* months. He has written the same in the bill.

Now, he is not not replacing it. I reopened the ticket * to * times , but he just closed it.

I have opened another ticket *********** on *th sep **. He has closed it .

Please look into this and replace the defective part.
