I ordered a laptop from Flipkart on **.**.****, which came to me on **.**.****, but the laptop did not open, after which I called Flipkart and informed about it, I waited for two days, after which my complaint was taken, after which the company. There was a laptop, the engineer of that company came, he tried to repair the laptop, but it was not made, then he took it to the service center and they called it a product, packed it back and sent it for return, but Flipkart canceled the return on **.**.**** and On complaining, their customer support is calling.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
