I have bought MI adaptor on **Dec **** as i have recieved the item i have checked it and found that it is not working,then i have called costomer service several times.they are alwys telling lies that they are sending me the new replacement but till now i have not got any update on that adaptor, although i have contacted costomer service many times

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
