I sent the product Boult audio freepods to your warehouse for repairment under warranty and I was allotted with the replacement. My previous Ticket I'd:- ******.
Today, I received my new freepods from you after such a long period of time. Then, what I got, the two earbuds got different names and different bluetooth address. Even, they are not connecting to each other. I tried alot but no result found. Then I called the customer care, they told me the procedure for resetting the buds by their touch. But no result. And now you are saying to send it back to your warehouse. We also earn money with hard work. And due to your negilance, I can't again use my money. Now You have to pay the charges for shipping. Otherwise I'll file a case against you.....
I don't tolerate this cruel behaviour from you. I'm law knowing person. I want you to take the buds back and send me my money back or give me the shipping charges.
