I have ordered laptop from flipkart on **th July which is found defective it is working too slow even though i have not added any software or applications when i raised the complaint getting call from Lenovo & Flipkart executive continuously asking why i am not available to schedule technician visit even though i updated them my time of availability after all this harassment on **th July Lenovo Technician visited to check laptop he took my all day to fix the issue but they did not found any resolution & till now I did not heard back anything from Lenovo or Flipkart regarding this issue. After being too patient for last ** days all I want now to return this product I dont have trust anymore in there services or there products please help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
