I purchased a Fire-Boltt Talk *.** Green smartwatch from the official Fire-Boltt website on ** May ****. Within one month of purchase, the watch started malfunctioning by automatically turning on and off by itself.
I registered a complaint on ** July ****. Initially, I received confirmation emails from Fire-Boltt promising resolution within ** hours. On ** July, they requested details, which I immediately provided, explaining the problem clearly and asking for repair or replacement.
Despite multiple follow-up emails on ** July and ** July, I received no response or solution. The claim status on their portal shows “Service Claim On Hold” since ** July ****, and it has been more than a month with no resolution. I even escalated the matter directly to the company owner, but there has been no reply.
This delay and negligence have caused mental stress and financial loss, as the smartwatch is unusable despite being brand new and under warranty. The company’s lack of customer support has left me frustrated and feeling cheated.
I am seeking an immediate replacement or full refund of my smartwatch, along with accountability for the poor customer service.
