Ola Electric Technologies Private Limited - Complaint reg defective Ola Air Scooter delivered by OLA Electric

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Ola Electric Technologies Pvt. Limited for their failure to address a recurring issue with my Ola S* Air electric scooter, despite repeated attempts to seek assistance and resolution.

Details of the Complaint:
*. Product Details: Ola Electric Scooter, Model Ola S* Air, purchased on **-**-****. Currently under warranty period.
*. Issue Description: The scooter broke down/ dead on **-**-**** and since then, it has been non-functional for the *th time. It was dead earlier ** times was pending/ laying at Ola Service station at Koradi road, Nagpur for more than ** days in ** months. Product is delivered with defects hence there are recurring issues.
*. Attempts to Resolve:
– I have lodged multiple complaints with Ola Electric app vide service ticket nos. ********, ********, ********, ********.
– Despite their assurances, no action has been taken to repair or replace the scooter causing the same issues with the vehicle.
– I sent several mails and talked to Ola electric customer service but no resolution.
Financial Impact: Due to the scooter being non-functional, I have been forced to spend approximately Rs. ***-*** daily on cab services for my daily commute to office and other places. Over the period Ola scooter non functional in the past month, this has amounted to approximately Rs. **,***.

I am deeply distressed by this situation, both mentally and financially. Ola Electric’s negligence for selling me defective scooter and lack of response have caused significant inconvenience and financial burden. I request the Consumer Court to intervene and provide the following relief:

As it’s recurrent issues and severe defects in the scooter and it is not safe for driving, repair of the scooter again was not requested.
Immediate replacement of the defective scooter or full refund of amount.
Compensation for the additional commuting expenses incurred due to the scooter breakdown, totaling Rs.**,***.
Compensation for the mental distress caused by this situation.
