I ordered Red mi Note * pro (Nebula Red,** GB) on *st October **** **:** pm order ID OD****************** . I received my order on *rd October. From the very first moment i received the device I'm facing the network issue first of all when I unboxed the product, the device has zero charge we opened very eagerly but very much disappointed with the device as it haven't switched on when we try to switch on the device for the first time after that we placed the sim cards and did normal network settings from that moment till now the network of the device switch off automatically with irregular time intervals it shows NO SERVICE for both the sim cards we even swapped the sim cards and checked but no change. Per day I need to reboot my device *-* times to make it work, Some times when I'm in a call the call automatically get disconnected showing NO SERVICE we tried to contact flipkart for replacement of the device with same device they simply cancelled our replacement requests we called the customer care centre several times regarding the issue .the flipkart people arranged a technical visit with JEEVES CUSTOMER SERVICE. the technical person arrived at the road point of my home said to come to road point for checking Mobile issue we did the same, he too did same general network settings swapped the sim cards and said your issue got resolved we even explained him clearly about the issue with the device he did argument that the issue got resolved or else should show the issue clearly for requesting replacement he took pictures of the mobile the very next day he again reached my home after keeping request in flipkart he took same pictures of NO SERVICE and said will update for replacement as the device is defective but he updated wrong fake message saying THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT GOT RESOLVED NO NEED FOR REPLACEMENT. We are asking for replacement to the flipkart from * October to till now we called several times to flipkart for the same but my issue haven't resolved and they even said to contact MI service centre for replacement due to seller policy they wasted time till return period completes saying the same, updated fake messages in their app, they even cheated us by updated that the customer completed technical visit on ** October and issue got resolved by trouble shooting steps and cancelled my replacement request like wise I requested them for replacement *-* times but they updated the same fake wrong message saying THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT GOT RESOLVED NO NEED FOR REPLACEMENT. I'm very much Vexed with flipkart I do have all the evidences regarding the same please log a complaint regarding the issue as I'm suffering alot with the defective device since one month. We have faith on you and we believe that our issue will be resolved through voxya.com. another complaint regarding flipkart is they approach their only in English & hindi languages this means uneducated people can't explain their issues with flipkart as they wont talk with customer in regional languages their regional languages customer care services will not get connected easily. Due to this issue i rushed hurry from office as my wife mobile is out of service. please give proper resolution.
