Ordered a pair of shoes - Adidas Men's ADIZERO BOSTON ** Blue Running Shoes but the product delivered was an Used and Damaged Sandals. When I spoke to the Call centre executive on **th July & **th July, they requested for the photos and committed to have the product picked up as a return. No one turned out to pick up the product and I followed up with the call centre again and have it escalated and again the *rd executive said he will initiate the same. Post which I get to understand TataCliq is rejecting my claim. TataCliq couldn't provide me with any proofs saying they actually delivered the right pair of shoes. None of their delivery boys actually will make the customers open the product in front of them while delivering the product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
