Only valley - Defective damaged power bank wireless Bluetooth with no charging accessories

Dear sir,
I placed an order for power bank after l received a email from only valley about offers on Power Bank with free wireless ear phones on *th sept. After I received the courier and checking the box I found there were no charging accessories like adaptor, cable and the wireless ear phones were damaged. Pl see the attachment, I immediately mailed to them to either arrange for replacement of damaged ear phones and other charging accessories but I have not received any response. I must have mailed at least *-* mails every day, but they have not responded my mail, I tried to call them but there website doesn't have customer care number. I made the payment cash on delivery.
