Only valley - Fraud and defective item

I purchased Only Valley Power Bank + Ear Pod for *** and both the products not functioning and called several time to the given number in website, no one answers and mauled to the email, no response.
This company is cheating many innocent people, Kindly get my money refunded and make them not continue this fraudulent business.
