Suffering from persistent and serious defects, despite being well within the warranty period.
Issues Faced:
Engine Problems: Frequent failure to start and unexpected multiple times engine shutdowns
Battery Issues: Recurrent battery failures requiring repeated service attention
Quality & Aesthetic Defects: Fog light malfunction and poor body paint/colour quality
These issues have been reported multiple times to the dealership and service centre. However, the problems have not been permanently resolved, causing continuous inconvenience, mental harassment, and loss of confidence in the vehicle’s reliability.
Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no satisfactory resolution, which clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
