Hero Cycles - Defective Bicycle

I bought a Hero Zapper Cycle on the **th of June **** costing **** Rs.
On the next day, only the chain slipped twice, then the shopkeeper resolved the problem. On the same day, the cycle's Paddle plate broke, the shopkeeper again resolved it.
On the *th of July, when I took a turn, Its handle becomes free and I almost fell on the ground, fortunately, the road was with less traffic and I am safe.
All the time the shopkeeper corrected the problem but still, I think the cycle is defective and made with low standards.
