Pepperfry.com - Defective bed delivery

Order # ********* Oriel Solid Wood Queen Size Bed with Box Storage in Provincial Teak Finish by Woodsworth. There was a visible gap on one side. Not touching the floor. The bed was assembled with parts of incorrect size. Pepperfry team had installed this item with defect knowingly. This company must check their quality certifications.
I made a complaint in Pepperfry customer service but there was no response instead, they closed my ticket. They closed my case without providing support. Further, I made a complaint on Jago Grahak Jago and then I got a response from Pepperfry. They send a carpenter and he made few drills and tried to fix it. I requested a refund from them which they are not ready to give. Also, their carpenters are not qualified. One of the carpenters was standing and jumping in order to fix the gap.
I would like a complete refund from Pepperfry on this. They must be penalized.
