Atomberg Technologies Pvt Ltd - Defective Atomberg Water Purifier Delivered via Flipkart No Replacement Despite Promise

I purchased the Atomberg Intellon *L RO+UV+UF Alkaliser Water Purifier via Flipkart (Order ID: OD******************). The product was delivered to Darbhanga, Bihar on **th July **** and was installed on **th July **** by an Atomberg-authorized technician.

During installation, the technician found that the purifier had a defective auto cut-off system — it kept running and draining water even after the tank was full. He acknowledged the issue and confirmed it required replacement, not repair. I was then contacted by Atomberg’s service head, Mr. Priyam Sen, who promised a replacement within *–* working days.

However, no replacement has been arranged, and I have not received any further communication from Atomberg or Flipkart. Shockingly, I received a message on **th July stating that the complaint (ID ********) had been cancelled as if it had been resolved — which is completely false.

The company seems to be falsely closing complaints without actually addressing the issue. This has caused mental distress and wasted time. I am left with a non-functional product and no resolution.

I demand:

Immediate replacement of the defective product as promised.

Formal explanation for the complaint closure without resolution.

Action against misleading service practices.
