It has been more than a month since I raised the complaint about my mixer grinder to the company. The technicians of the company who visited my home have said that the mixer grinder's replacement would be done by the company. My mixer grinder is under warranty. Despite raising several complaints via email & customer support number, the company is not resolving the issue. And I the consumer suffering a lot without the access to the mixer grinder.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
