Clothing Heart - Defective and wrong products delivered

I ordered stuff from this website and all the stuff I recieved was pathetic and damaged. I immediately raised my concern on their fb page (as there us no other method to contact ) and they blocked me. I also asked my friends to message on my behalf but they blocked them too.
Please help as these companies are looting so many people.
