I had ordered a dress from clothing heart on **-**-****. The details are attached below. I received it on **-**-****. The dress is damaged and the quality is very cheap. The zipper of the dress is not there. None of the things mentioned on the website is being followed. It says *days easy returns but not been followed. The quality is very cheap and it is completely different from the picture provided. The website says we need to mail their email ID which is query.clothingheart@gmail.com for returns before ** hours of delivery. And they would contact us within ** hours. I have mailed them on **th itself. Again mailed once on **th. Its been a week and still, there is no response for my mail and messages till now. The contact number (***********) provided in the website says switched off whenever we call. I have even sent a message on their Facebook page. But there is no response from them. It is so irritating and frustrating.
I would be glad if you could help me out.
