My name is Pradeep Chauhan and I have ordered a track suit worth Rs. ***/- on **rd Sep, ****. I received a parcel on **th Sep, **** and I wondered when I opened the parcel, there was a defective trouser in the parcel. I have raised so many requests to pick it up but every time I get the same reply from the courier guy that it should not pick it up as it is in NO QC status.
