Gada Jahnavi filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 17, 2020
I have ordered apple iPhone XR ***WHITE cost of Rs *****/-(fifty one thousand five hundred twenty two rupees)( order ID : OD******************) in flipkart on **-**-****, and I received damaged And defective product on **-**-****. I placed replacement request on same day of product receipt and flipkart customer service people advised me to wait for one day for further communication.next day flipkart service told me because of corona epidemic ,service people can not come to my delivery address to pick up damaged And defective phone,so customer service advised me to visit nearby iPhone service centre for replacement. I agreed to them why because I Already paid Rs ***** so I should go wherever they say. I took one day leave in office and I went almost four apple service centres and they did not give me proper response why because I did not purchase iPhone from their centre directly And I purchased online so they denied for replacement and they advised me to contact flipkart customer service.Again I called flipkart service and they acknowledged my return and flipkart service assured me to take care of my return Request And seven day period(replacement window) has completed on **.**.****.So I posted my complaint on flipkart facebook page,flipkart Instagram and flipkart Twitter on **-**-****.even I have sent mail to ((grievance.officer@flipkart.com )) On **.**-****, but no response from flipkart.Even though After all these follow ups, without giving me proper reply or response flipkart customer service rejected my return request on **-**-****(one day before my replacement period).once again I called flipkart customer service and they told me it was a technical glitch and your return request is in open status only.From that Onwards they are fooling me.From that day onwards I am continuously following up and calling them.They are not giving proper reply.they say we will call you back but flipkart service people never callEd me.If I ask Connect to their manager, they will hang phone on your face directly. Please help me in this issue and I never faced this type of situation from any other online sites. flipkart people are killing my time and mental peace and I can’t tolerate anymore.I want refund onalu(i don’t want replacement anymore from them).please do needful and get refund as early as possible.
