I purchased an Admiral *.* Ton *-Star AC from Flipkart on ** March **** (Order ID OD******************; Invoice FAC*R***********). The AC was installed by Jeeves on **/** March ****. The outdoor unit failed on ** August ****. Despite multiple complaints to Admiral, Flipkart and Jeeves (*–** Sept ****), no proper repair or replacement was provided. I was given false call logs, a technician did not perform adequate repair, and I was told to register new complaints instead of honoring earlier commitments. The AC is non-functional and I run a small laboratory with temperature-sensitive instruments at Mullanpur Garibdass (Mohali). Due to negligence I seek full refund and compensation for mental agony, risk to equipment and losses . Please include Admiral and Jeeves as respondents along with Flipkart
