Godrej AC - Defective AC installation

This is Rajeswari.I am writing this email to request for full refund of my AC and installation charges which I spent on your Godrej AC. I bought this item from Amazon on April *rd and it worked not even a month. The installation technician didn't do his job right hence the gas was leaked completely. We raised a complaint so that technician showed up and he filled the gas again which lasted for only one night unfortunately and the issue reoccurred. After we raising the complaint again the technician showed up and said AC has to be replaced. We initially agreed for the replacement now as per the supervisor Anwar, the item is in back order so he advised me to go for refund. Hence I am opting for refund. Please refund my full amount including my installation charges. Need installation charges refund because it was not done right at all by the technician .Total cose of AC Rs **,***/- installation charges Rs ****/- So total Rs **,***/-. My AC unit was packed and it was still not picked up it's been a week already. I sent all the necessary documents to the supervisor Anwar but no response from him. No turn around time provided. I want my issue to be resolved asap
