Godrej AC - Product quality not good

I Bought a * ton Godrej AC which is ** months back from Darling showroom. After crossing * year, I do a general service. After that I face many Issues and then technician came and said there needs to be Gas filled, Cooling coil needs to be replaced and Ice clotting Issue etc..,and prepare a bill for Rs.****/-. How these kind of Issues occurs within a short period of time. I am not a frequent user, by average *-* hrs/day usage only. I explained to them and following still but not responding properly. They were not giving a proper answer for the above Issues. They said only to pay amount and then will discuss later. They won't hear my words. I can feel it's a used product that they did sent for me. Please give me solutions for this.
