I have purchased a Lenovo keyboard but facing an issue again even after replacement.
Now either provide me REFUND or provide me "Lenovo ***" model wired keyboard.
When talked to a CC representative he told me only I have purchased a Lenovo keyboard but facing an issue again even after replacement.
Now either provide me REFUND or provide me "Lenovo ***" model wired keyboard.
When talked to a CC representative he told me only KM**** (renewed) model will be replaced not the Lenovo *** model.
And please don't tell me to talk to CC on cell no. **********. Because of all this information this person provided.
All the Keyboard serial number detail you can find in the attachment.
Also attached the Payment slip and invoice.(renewed) model will be replaced not the Lenovo *** model.
