Fastrack - Defected sun glass

Hi I have purchased fast track sun glass model number NM***GY* today morning (**/*/****) at ** am but the product was damaged which was not noticed at the time of purchase and I visited the shop again in the evening I showed the product was defects and shop owner asked me purchase other model but which was not convinced me and I asked for same product but he asked me wait for ** days till it returns form shop and he did not gave bill for the he asked me to wait till product returns
