I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a defective product purchased through your platform. The details are as follows:

Within just * months of normal usage, the shoes have developed a major defect—the sole has significantly worn out from the bottom. This reflects poor quality and is not expected from a product of this category within such a short period.

This issue clearly points toward a manufacturing defect and deficiency in quality.

I hereby request:

Full refund of the purchase amount; and

Compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Please find the invoice and images of the damaged shoes attached for your reference.

Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest. Failing which, I will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action before the consumer forum and other competent authorities.
