I have purchase a boult smartwatch from flip kart, the product was defected it was not charging properly so I couriered the product to their service center in wazirpur new Delhi on *rd of oct **** and till now I did not receive my product back and even there customer support team also not responding properly nor giving any valid reason for delay along with that the company commits to reimburse Rs *** for courier charges that also not received yet.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
