I ordered a Roush men shoes through Myntra and received a defected product. I placed a return and delivery man who came to pick up don’t know why but rejected the return after pickup. Since then I started following up and only hearing that product which was sent was checked before delivery and was in good condition. Later on one day June * again pickup was done post follow up and till date return is not credited nor do I have shoes with me.
Pathetic response from Myntra now and a clear case of fraud.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
