Mi pro tv - Defected Product Delivered

Hello, I had purchased Mi **" TV in d mid of Jul. The technician canned for installation after * days of the TV was purchased. TV started often displayed with various colours like green, violet, grey and finally within the * days of installation, TV display was completely dead except the audio was working. So I raised a complaint and almost chasing for * days, the technician came home. He himself admitted that this is something new problem he his experiencing on his overall experience with Mi TV. After all attempt, he did the factory reset and made the TV display working.

I again wrote an email to Mi customer service. In reply to my email, One Mr. Vipul, the representative from Mi TV said that the TV can't be replaced unless it is v completely dead. I tried making him understand, as why should I compromise having a defected product and asked him to replace it. But he was very stubborn starting that unless the product of completely dead he cant replace it. Pls someone help me in replacing this defected TV.
