i ordered iphone * plus from flipkart on *th april ****. it was dead on arrival. we could not switch on the phone. we went to apple store they told we can not help with this phone you need to replace it. then they arranged a technician visit which also approved and said u will get a replacement. then next the concerned person said we can not change the phone coz imei no. is not matching and i can not help coz the phone was off so we could not check. from that date they are giving us date on date. today the delivery was promised and has not happened yet.every time they give a new date and on that date some new issue happens. i m very pissed need help.
