I have bought MG Hector Sharp (Diesel) model on dated ** September ****, and I am facing problems in this car from the very first day.
List of Problems:
*. Noise on Drive Side front door
*. Noise on Driver Side front door glass
*. Car alignment
*. Fuel efficiency
*. Car Infotainment touch is not good
*. Air Condition temperature can not be reduced or increase during the phone call.
I have sent my car to MG Gurgaon workshop over * times and every time they keep my car over * days and confirmed that all issues have been resolved but it still exists.
This time MG Gurgaon service team picked up my car on dated *nd Dec **** and still it is in their workshop, and I am not aware that what exactly the people are doing with my car. I believe that now my car has been completely post-mortem by MG Gurgaon engineers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
