First I ordered movie duopods a** and it came to me after ** - ** days. And also it was detective. I gave it for replacement to mivi and after taking the product they rarely updated me about my product. After nearly * months I received a new replacement. But when I opened it I saw that the defect was not fixed and also this time the product was in a very bad condition. It was used by someone and the left eartip was having too much earwax in it and the right eartip was not even there. The right earbud's silicon rubber tip was missing and also it was having earwax on it. The case and buds were also having scratches on them.
Now mivi is not replying to my mails not even picking up calls and also not responding me on social media platforms.
Mivi is a fraud in the name of made in India...
