Voltas Inverter AC - Defect found in New Air conditioner

Dear sir,
I have purses Voltas *.* Ton Inverter * Star (BEE Rating ****) Delux Cool ***V DYE Split AC (White) *.IMEI/Serial Num IDU*******A**I A*****ODU*** ****D**HB**** and Order Date: Mar ** ****, After AC receiving AC installed by **th April-**, But AC not proper cooling and i have raise complain no from *nd May-** to **th May-**. Complain no-***********,***********,***********..... but Only one service Engg. visited on dated **th may and observation give gas leakage from pipe, So AC stopped , Till problem not solved pls suggest for further other wise i have raise complain in consumer coat.
