Blaupunkt India - Default product replacement Delivery delayed

On **.**.****, I speed post my default product for replacement and the product confirmed delivery on hub **.**.****, whenever i talked to customer care they always didn't give proper reason and status of my product also avoided every time i connect *th time with them also not get any reply from email and whatsapp service.
