Blaupunkt India - Blaupunkt TV breakdown

We have purchased Blaupunkt TV in June-**** and it got breakdown in August-****, and service Engineer found that it is a display issues and recommended to replace. We have raised the complaint with blaupunkt as it is within the warranty period to replace the TV. they have agreed however it is more than ** days, no action initiated yet. The registered complaint no is SPRB-BYWAFP-**AIJO-*IA**C-*NQ*RVS
