In January **-****, I purchased RV *** charger for my bike in Chennai Anna nagar showroom.
My charger automatically cutoff ** to ** % not to ***% full charge. I went to service centre May ** **** and asked to replace new charger. Service center in-charge Mr. Vignesh asked me to submit a proof of charger cutoff video and warranty bill. Next day May **st I sent a video to Mr. Vignesh through Whatsapp and submit a warranty bill directly.
He told me within two weeks new charger will be provide. I went to showroom continuously in the following dates june **, june **, june **, july * and july *. Every time incharge person said a false information (charger not arrived yet).
Again I raised a complaint on revolt customer care (complaint ID:*****). My problem not resolved yet.
kindly provide me a justice for this issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
