Dear Sir,
i was a subscriber with just dial ltd. till **.**.****
on **.**.****. i had personally delivered a letter to JUST DIAL SERVICES Hyderabad. stating that i am discontinuing my services to just dial and to stop E CS with immediate effect. the same was received by Mr.P sai charan , with mobile number **********, with acknowledgement at your begumpet office and was assured the Ecs will be stopped with immmediate effect. but to my surprise when , i went to update my passbook , i found Ecs is being deducted regularly from my bank account with Sbi. for the last * months at an amount of Rs.***.** per month.
in my view this amounts to Breach of trust, cheating. from a reputed company like just Dial ltd. this is least expected.
i request you to kindly stop Ecs facility . with immediate effect and issue me an acknowledgement of the same , and kindly ensure to refund the amount of Rs, ****. collected from my account.
it is imperative to inform you that i have not used your services from **.**.****. at all and have already placed your calls in blocked list.
when i contacted my bank, i was told the ecs cancellation has to happen from Just dial ,only till then they cannot stop the Ecs.
this is causing me immense trouble.
i request you to kindly look in to this matter.
